GOOD FOR YOU MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. oatbran
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. snipped pitted dates
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 mashed banana
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 slightly beaten egg whites
1 c. milk

In large bowl combine first nine ingredients. Mix well. Add next three ingredients. Stir to coat with flour mixture. In a 2 cups measuring cup combine last four ingredients and add to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Lightly grease (I use Pam) 12 muffin cups. Spoon batter into cups filling cups full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm.
