SPECIAL CHEESE POTATOES 
1 pt. half & half
2/3 lb. Velveeta
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter
4 sm. pkgs. or 1 family size frozen hash browns

Allow potatoes to thaw, then crumble them in baking dish. Heat cream, cheeses and butter over low heat until melted. One hour before baking, pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Do not mix. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until heated through. Cover for all but last 15 minutes. This recipes serves 8 to 12 and may be halved easily.
