SPINACH CASSEROLE 
In skillet, brown and drain:

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped

Add to beef in skillet, stirring after each ingredient:

1 tsp. salt
10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
12 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
1 c. cracker crumbs

Put all in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
