SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
2/3 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles
10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
3/4 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. water

Brown meat. Mix with sauce in large bowl. Place cottage cheese, half of Mozzarella cheese, 1 beaten egg, drained frozen spinach, and seasonings in another bowl.

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Layer 1/3 sauce, uncooked noodles, 1/2 cheese mix, 1/3 sauce, noodles, remaining cheese mix, 1/3 of sauce on top. Sprinkle with rest of shredded Mozzarella cheese.

Pour 1 cup of water around the edges of the pan only. Do not pour water on top of lasagna, only around outside edges. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut.
