INSTANT SEEKH KABABS 
1 lb. ground beef (double-ground)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each, ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garam masala
1 green chili, finely chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
4 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all the ingredients together, except oil. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. With oiled hands, shape the beef mixture into seekhs and slide onto wooden or steel skewers.

Heat oil and pan-fry the seekhs until golden-brown. Serve with Tandoori naan and green chutney.
