CHICKEN POT PIE 
2 c. chicken, cooked & cubed
2 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. potatoes, cubed
1 c. English peas
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. cream of chicken soup
2 pie crusts
1/2 c. butter

Cook vegetables until tender. Mix vegetables, soup, chicken or turkey, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Pour into pie shells and top with slices of butter. Top with the other pie crust. Slit top; brush with butter. Bake at 375 degrees until browned.
