CHICKEN LASAGNA 
Heat together in large saucepan:

1/2 c. butter
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Heat until bubbly, then stir in:

2 c. milk (whole)
2 c. chicken broth
1 med. onion
4 c. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
4 c. cubed chicken

Bring above ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly. Heat, layer the following ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 lb. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
3 c. cottage cheese (mixed with 2 eggs)
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Spread 1 1/2 cups cheese sauce in pan. Then place 3 or 4 noodles in. Pour half a remaining cheese sauce on top of noodles. Spoon half of cottage cheese mixture on top of cheese sauce, then repeat. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until done.
