1 pkg. "one-step" angel food cake mix
21 oz. can lemon pudding & pie filling
3/4 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients by hand. Do not beat. Put in greased and floured sheet pan (10 x 15 inch). If desired dust cooled bars with powdered sugar or frost with lemon flavored frosting. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
