SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. each of baking powder & soda
2 eggs
Dash salt
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon

Add nuts to cinnamon and sugar.

Melt butter in microwave (add sugar and sour cream). Mix eggs, baking powder, baking soda and sugar with flour. Add flour mixture to first ingredients. Add vanilla and salt.

In large bundt or tube pan, greased, add half of the batter. Sprinkle with half of nut, cinnamon and sugar mixture. Spread remaining batter on top of nut mixture. Sprinkle top of cake with remaining nut mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
