SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
Combine the following dry ingredients and set aside:

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine and beat well:

1 c. sour cream
2 eggs

Add dry ingredients to sour cream mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into lightly greased 9"x9" pan.

STREUSEL:

2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter, melted
5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts (opt.)

Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over coffee cake and add chopped nuts if desired. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
