2 lbs. fresh chicken wings Oil Qurkee red hot Paper towels Take wings and cut off tips. Discard tips. Cut remainder of wings at the joints. In a fryolator or deep frying pan, boil some oil on medium heat. Place wings in oil until they are lightly golden brown and crisp. Remove wings and place on paper towels to catch the oil. Put wings in a large bowl and pour in the Qurkee red hot sauce, mixing it with the wings. Cook on medium on stove. Serves 2-3. |
