GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. French cut green beans
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. sugar
3 - 4 tbsp. finely grated onion
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. pkg. grated Swiss cheese
Crunched corn flakes

Cook beans as directed. Paste flour and butter together, add salt, sugar and onion. Then add cheese and sour cream. Gently fold in beans and pour in casserole dish. Cover with crunched corn flakes. Bake 25 minutes at 300 degrees.
