TUNA NOODLE BAKE 
12 oz. Creamette egg noodles
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 96 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of hot sauce
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Prepare noodles according to package; drain. Saute onions in butter until tender. Combine noodles, cottage cheese, onion, sour cream, eggs, pimento, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, Tabasco, and half of the cheese. Pour in 3 quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Set casserole into pan of hot water and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
