DEVILED MEATBALLS 
3 (3 oz.) cans deviled ham
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. pineapple juice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 6 ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls and place side by side in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 40 minutes.

Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch in saucepan. Add 1 cup pineapple juice and 1/3 cup vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour into chafing dish. Add cooked meatballs. Keep warm. Serve with toothpicks. Can be made ahead and all heated together before putting in chafing dish.
