AUNT MARGE'S GINGERBREAD 
2 c. All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Allspice
1 c. Vegetable Oil
1 c. Molasses
1 c. Sugar
3 Eggs
1 c. Boiling Water

Grease 1 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In large bowl, sift together; Flour, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Salt, Ginger and Allspice. Set aside. In another bowl, combine Oil, Molasses, Sugar and Eggs. With an electric mixer on medium, beat 3 minutes until blended. Add dry ingredients, beating until smooth and well blended. Quickly stir in Hot Water. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan.
