SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. course cracker crumbs
2 doz. oysters, drained (reserve liquid)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. cream or milk mixed with oyster liquid

Toss cracker crumbs in melted butter. Butter shallow baking dish. Layer 1/3 of crumbs on bottom of dish. Add layer of oysters.

Mix cream, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cover oyster layer with 1/2 sauce. Add another 1/3 of crumb mixture. Next remaining oysters. Pour on remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.
