GREEN AND GOLD VEGETABLES 
1 lb. sm. white onions, peeled or 1 lb. sm. new potatoes, peeled
1 tsp. salt
2 c. thinly sliced carrots
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen Brussels sprouts
Melted butter
Seasoned salt
Seasoned pepper

About 45 minutes before serving.

1. Place onions in large saucepan, just cover with hot water, then add salt. Bring to boil, then cook, covered, 15 minutes.

2. Add carrots, cook, covered, 5 minutes.

3. Now add thawed Brussels sprouts, cook 10 minutes or until all three vegetables are tender.

4. Season to taste with melted butter, seasoned salt and pepper. Makes 8 generous servings.
