FOUR-BEAN SALAD 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. vinegar
1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can yellow beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 sm. onion, cut into rings

Combine sugar, salt, oil and vinegar. Stir or shake until sugar is dissolved. Drain beans thoroughly and add onion rings. Pour dressing over beans and let marinate for 2 hours. Serve cold.
