SWEET AND SOUR TUNA 
1 can tuna, 6 1/2 oz., drained
1 c. rice
2 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salad dressing
1 egg
1/8 c. milk

Mix tuna, sugar, egg, salad dressing with milk in small bowl while water and salt start to boil. Add rice to water and cook at reduced heat for 20 minutes. Five minutes before rice is done, heat mixture in saucepan. Add mixture to rice and serve immediately with hot tea. Serves about five small servings. Good change of pace for winter menu.
