TORTILLINI ALLA PANNA 
CREAM SAUCE:

1 qt. heavy cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper

TOMATO SAUCE:

1 (2 lb.) can plum tomatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
Pinch of marjoram, rosemary, & oregano

CREAM SAUCE: Reduce cream by 1/2. Stir in cheese and seasonings.

TOMATO SAUCE: Saute onion in olive oil. Add tomatoes, bring to a boil. Add seasonings, cook 1 hour. Spread cream sauce on cooked tortellini, then pattern with tomato. Sprinkle on some parsley.
