DELICIOUS CHICKEN AND SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (7 oz.) thin spaghetti
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 (5 to 6 lb.) chicken
1 c. flour
1 stalk celery
3/4 lb. butter
4 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook chicken debone it and chop. Save the broth and cook spaghetti. In the broth cook celery and drain. Add chop pepper, onion, chicken and celery to spaghetti. Combine 1/2 pound butter, flour and milk. Cook and stir until thickened.

Add cheese and mushroom soup. Combine all of this with the spaghetti mixture. Place in a casserole and cover with crushed Ritz cracker crumbs and remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
