6 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. chicken pieces
1 lb. sweet or hot Italian sausage, cut in 1-inch section
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Arrange potatoes in greased 3-quart casserole. Mix seasonings and sprinkle half on potatoes. Arrange chicken and sausage on top. Pour oil over mixture and sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer or until chicken and potatoes are well browned. 4-6 servings.
