CROCK-POT SPECIAL 
2 medium potatoes, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
2 or 3 carrots, sliced
2 or 3 stalks celery, sliced
1 1/2 -2 lbs. ground chuck
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can of water
salt and pepper (optional)
garlic powder (optional)

Layer potatoes in crock-pot. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste, if desired. Pour meat over vegetables in crock-pot. Add soup and water on top. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Stir and serve.
