VEAL MAISON 
1 1/2 lbs. lean veal shoulder (remove bone)
1 c. bouillon, any flavor
5 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
12 oz. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. rosemary
Pepper to taste
Mushrooms, if desired

Cut into strips 1 1/2 x 1/2 inch. Bring bouillon to boil, add meat strips, onion flakes, tomato juice and seasonings. (Mushrooms, if desired). Cover and simmer until the meat is tender, about 25 minutes. Serves 3 ladies dinners.
