HAMBURGER SOUP 
2 lbs. hamburger
Onion
1 qt. tomatoes
2 cans beef bouillon
2 cans tomato soup
4 cans water
Dash Italian seasoning
Bay leaf
4 carrots, cut in chunks
4 stalks celery, cut in chunks
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1/4 c. barley
Peas or cabbage (opt.)

Brown lightly the hamburger and onion. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 3 hours or more. If need more liquid, add tomato juice.
