HEIDI'S SOUTHWESTERN POTATO
SALAD
 
2 lb. sm. red potatoes
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
1/3 c. light mayonnaise
1/3 c. salsa
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c. sliced olives

Cut potatoes in half. Place in saucepan boil and cover 20-25 minutes until tender, drain potatoes, cool to room temperature.

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salsa, cumin and salt in large bowl. In separate bowl combine potatoes, green onions, red pepper and olives. Stir in rest of ingredients. Chill 1-2 hours.
