1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3 c. grated Colby cheese
1 pkg. 6-inch flour tortillas
1 can Mexican beans (not refried)
picante sauce
sour cream
cottage cheese (optional)

Brown hamburger and stir in the seasoning. In large round casserole, layer meat, then cheese, then tortilla. Repeat until all is used. Put beans and sauce on top. Cover with more cheese.

Bake in oven until bubbly and hot, for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with sauce and sour cream.

For microwave, prepare the same way, but microwave for 10 minutes on High.
