GINGERED CARROTS 
5-6 carrots, peeled & cut into chunks
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. fresh parsley

Cook carrots in microwave oven with small amount of water until tender. Combine sugar, ginger and butter in pan. Add carrots and cook over low heat until carrots are warm and coated with sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
