CREOLE CHOPS | |
4 pork chops, 1/2" thick 1 can tomato bisque soup 1/8 tsp. garlic salt 1 med. green pepper, cut into slices 1 sm. onion, sliced Place chops in 2 quart dish. Pour soup over chops. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Arrange onion and green pepper over chops and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave covered for 30-40 minutes on medium-high. Turn chops over half way through cooking time. |
