WILD RICE KEBOB 
1 lb. skinned & cut up chicken breasts
1 pkg. wild Rice-a-Roni
2 1/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. white wine
1 onion, chopped
12 fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
1 tomato, cubed

Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons hot oil; season with garlic salt and pepper. Add rice mixture from package. Stir until brown. Add 2 1/4 cups hot water, 1/4 cup wine, wild rice season package, onion and mushrooms. Bring to boil; simmer covered for 30 minutes. Add green pepper and tomato last 10 minutes.
