WILD RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. "UNCLE BEN'S®" wild and long grain rice
3/4 c. cauliflower
3/4 c. broccoli
3/4 c. mushrooms
3/4 c. carrots
3/4 c. cucumbers
3/4 c. tomatoes or any other vegetable you prefer
1 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
1/8 tsp. Lawry's salt
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook "UNCLE BEN'S®" long grain and wild rice per package directions, but omit butter. Cool completely. Toss cut vegetables with cooled rice. Mix mayonnaise, lemon pepper, Lawry's salt, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables and rice. Toss thoroughly.
