BURRITOS
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. burrito seasoning mix
Water
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. cheddar cheese (or combination of cheddar and Monterey Jack), shredded
12 soft flour tortillas
32 oz. can Stokes green chili sauce with pork

Brown ground beef. Add seasoning mix and water according to package directions. Add beans and heat until bubbly.

Spread 2-3 tablespoons beef mixture in center of tortilla; sprinkle with cheese. Roll and place seam down in casserole dish. Cover with chili sauce and top generously with additional cheese.

(Hint: Test the tortillas for freshness by bending them to assure flexibility before purchasing. Dry tortillas crack and are difficult to use.)

Cover and heat in oven or microwave until hot (about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or 10 minutes in microwave). Garnish with sliced black olives, sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes, and guacamole if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
