GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 c. whole green beans, drained
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. bamboo shoots, drained & sliced
1 c. water chestnuts, drained
1 c. French fried onion rings
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese

In a large casserole put in a layer of green beans. Top with water chestnuts, bamboo shoots. Spoon over this 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, onion rings and half of cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
