Banana Cake 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. thinly sliced bananas
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together first 5 ingredients. In another bowl mix remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and stir with spoon, do not over beat.

Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 325°F, then 10-15 minutes more at 350°F.

Icing:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick of melted butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Small amount of water if necessary

Cream butter and cream cheese; add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add water if necessary to make mixture spread easily.
