GREENBRIER SALAD 
1 c. water
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1/2 pt. heavy cream or 1 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped

Combine water, gelatin, and marshmallows in saucepan. Heat until marshmallows are completely dissolved. Cool thoroughly. Add pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped cream. Pour into salad bowl. Chill overnight.
