TURKEY OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped turkey or chicken
2 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9x9 inch casserole. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This is an excellent casserole to use with leftover chicken or turkey.
