CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
3 to 4 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1/2 c. frozen peas
About 1/3 pkg. stuffing mix

In a 9x13 inch pan, put diced chicken or turkey. In a saucepan, mix soups and milk and heat through, pour over the meat. Boil peas about 2 minutes. Add to mixture. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions and put on top of mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes or until heated through.
