CHICKEN/TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
3 c. cooked chicken/turkey
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. stock
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cut up and cook broccoli, make sure it is still crisp. Mix soup, mayonnaise, cheese, and juice together. Mix stuffing, butter, and stock together. Cover bottom of greased baking dish with broccoli. Cover generously with chicken-turkey chunks. Add soup mixture and spread evenly over chicken-turkey. Sprinkle with stuffing topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or so.
