SAUSAGE AND CORN CHOWDER 
1 lb. mild sausage
1 lg. onion, diced
3 lg. potatoes, sliced thin
1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn, undrained
12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley

Cook sausage and onion together; simmer remaining ingredients, except corn and evaporated milk, and add to sausage and onion mixture. Add corn and evaporated milk. Stir and simmer, until heated through.
