BLUE CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. Blue cheese
1 tbsp. chives or green onion, chopped
2/3 c. ripe olives, chopped
1/2 tsp. grated onion
4 tbsp. butter, softened
chopped nuts

Blend all ingredients except nuts. Refrigerate-overnight best. Shape mixture into ball and roll over chopped nuts, covering ball completely. Serve with crackers.
