EASY CHEESECAKE | |
1 (8 inch) graham cracker crust 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 (16 oz.) can pie filling choice In a blender, combine cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 300-325 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Cool. Pour canned filling over it and add whipped cream topping. Chill 2 hours before serving. Serves 6-8. |
