2 lbs. Ricotta Cheese
4 Eggs
3/4 c. Sugar
1 box White or Yellow Cake mix

Mix Ricotta Cheese, Eggs and sugar in a bowl. Prepare cake mix as per directions on box. Pour cake batter into cake pan, then spread Cheese mixture over the batter.

Bake at 375°F for approximately 1 hour.
