LEMON SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. powdered sugar

TOPPING:

2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon

CRUST: Mix all crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING: Combine all topping ingredients and mix well. Pour over hot crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool well and cut into squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
