PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes (chite and long)
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Quarter potatoes. Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake in a bag, coating well. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 pan.

Place the coated potatoes in the pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning once. When golden brown they can be sprinkled with parsley.
