PASTA PRIMAVERA 
Rigatoni noodles
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
2 cucumbers
1 white onion
1 purple onion
Leaks
2 tomatoes
Parsley

Cut vegetables into chunks and blend with sauce and let set overnight to marinate.

SAUCE:

1 bottle Bleu cheese dressing
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. white wine
Garlic and pepper to taste

Cook noodles and cool. Mix with sauce and vegetables 2 hours before serving.
