CHEESE-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
4 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can beef broth
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
8 slices white bread (cubed)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

In large bowl, beat together eggs, broth, sour cream and mustard. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and mushrooms. Pour into 2 quart oval or 12x8x2 baking dish. Cover; refrigerate overnight.

Uncover; bake at 350 degrees F. for 50-60 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
