EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick coating. Sprinkle chopped pecans and coconut into bottom. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour mixture over pecans and coconut. Beat together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and sugar. Spoon mixture on top of cake batter. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cake will crack open when dine, but test for doneness. It looks like a big mess, but it's so good!
