VEGETABLE CHEESE SOUP 
2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. California frozen vegetables
1/2 c. diced carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook potatoes, carrots, and celery in 1 quart of water until tender. Add soup and frozen vegetables. Cook 7 to 10 minutes. Then add Velveeta cheese. Hearty soup for a cold day!
