1 (20 oz.) 1 lb. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Gummy worms, optional
8" flower pot

Chop cookies in food processor or blender. Divide crumbs into 3 equal parts. Mix together sugar, cream cheese and butter. Blend together Cool Whip, milk and pudding. Combine 2 minutes. Put 1/3 cookie crumbs at bottom, 1/2 white mixture on top, 1/3 cookie mixture, then 1/2 white mixture. Top with cookie crumbs. Garnish with gummy worms and a flower.
