HARVEST LOAF 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 sm. can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

Combine dry ingredients. Cream eggs, butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients alternately with pumpkin. Stir in chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Use 2 greased loaf pans.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
Nutmeg and cinnamon to taste

Blend in 1-2 tablespoons milk until thin. Pour over cool loaves.
